Needleless Rejuran

Rejuran (婴儿针) is a skin healing injectable treatment derived from wild salmon DNA. While most other injectable skin boosters are comprised of Hyaluronic acid, Rejuran’s key ingredient is PN (which also includes PDRN), giving it the benefit of stimulating collagen and promoting skin regeneration. There are several types of Rejuran in Singapore, which are administered via injection. As its name suggests, Needleless Rejuran is an innovative needle-free technology that enables Rejuran to be administered via transdermal delivery without any discomfort or downtime.

Rejuran works by promoting fibroblasts in the skin, which in turn induces the natural production of collagen for skin rejuvenation. Since fibroblasts are the primary cells located within the dermis layer, Rejuran has to be deposited into the dermis layer of the skin for this process to work.

With Needleless Rejuran, painless non-invasive delivery of Rejuran to the dermis is made possible. Rejuran booster is delivered to the dermis with a penetration technology that opens micro water channels on the epidermis and delivers the nutrients to the dermis layer through the water channels. This transdermal process comes with no discomfort, bleeding nor damage to the epidermal cells.

Treatment Process

At Veritas, Needleless Rejuran treatment begins with cleansing and hydradermabrasion to exfoliate, extract impurities (bacteria, excess oil, dirt) and unclog congested pores. The gentle exfoliation helps to prepare the skin for better skin absorption during treatment. Following treatment, a sterile PDRN mask enriched with algae is applied for an instant soothing effect.

Both Rejuran and Needleless Rejuran are effective treatments for skin rejuvenation. While Needleless Rejuran has a lower penetration compared to the conventional Rejuran administered by injection, it offers an alternative for patients who cannot afford the downtime or want to avoid needles.
